Your own questions are encouraged to be meditated upon in preperation for your session. These sessions are to help you discern the answers coming from your own Soul, also those who guide. There is no set format for these sessions as they flow with your presenting greatest needs at the time. The information relayed maybe about your entire life or a current moment in time. Please journal and note any dreams, insights and feelings you may have from the date of booking until your session and also afterwards. Your soul is speaking directly to you, learn to pay attention. Louise also channels healing energy for you in these sessions, people often report a feeling of upliftment and positivity after them. Your reading may also involve some tarot or oracle cards as signposts, as and if Louise feels pulled to do so. Louise may also follow up your reading with some suggestions and recomendations for you to consider, to aid in your journey, to help the unfoldment of your Soul.
